以 (S)-(1-羥基-3-苯基丙-2-基)氨基甲酸叔丁酯 (1g, 3.98mmol) 和對(duì)甲苯磺酰氯為原料，合成 (S)-2-叔丁氧酰胺基苯丙醇對(duì)甲苯磺酸酯的一般步驟：將 (S)-(1-羥基-3-苯基丙-2-基)氨基甲酸叔丁酯溶解于二氯甲烷中。在0℃下，向該溶液中緩慢加入三乙胺和對(duì)甲苯磺酰氯。隨后，將反應(yīng)混合物在室溫下攪拌過(guò)夜。反應(yīng)完成后，蒸發(fā)去除二氯甲烷，并通過(guò)柱色譜法純化粗產(chǎn)物。得到純產(chǎn)物 (S)-2-叔丁氧酰胺基苯丙醇對(duì)甲苯磺酸酯 (13a)，為白色蓬松固體，收率78% (1.26g)；以及另一純產(chǎn)物 (13b)，為白色固體，收率81%。
