Silperisone, also known as RGH-5002; SILA-336, a sodium channel protein type 2 alpha channel blocker potentially for the treatment of spasticity. Silperisone is a tolperisone like organosilicon compound with centrally acting muscle relaxant properties. Silperisone might be a useful antispastic drug. However, findings in chronic animal toxicity studies led to the discontinuation of silperisone's development.常見問題列表

Silperisone hydrochloride 是一種類似于 tolperisone 的有機硅化合物，具有中樞作用的肌肉松弛劑特性。Silperisone (hydrochloride) 是鈉通道 (sodium channel) 蛋白 2 型 α 通道阻滯劑，阻斷細胞中的鈉和鈣通道，使肌肉細胞的興奮度和收縮度降低，降低外周張力，充當(dāng)肌肉松弛劑和外周血管擴張劑。Silperisone (hydrochloride) 可用于對脊髓損傷引起的復(fù)發(fā)性疼痛性肌陣攣，腦血管病引起的異常高肌張力，肌張力癥狀，錐體緊張綜合征，多發(fā)性硬化癥肌痙攣和脊髓炎的研究。
