以2-氯-4,6-二嗎啉-1,3,5-三嗪(2.30 g,0.105 mol)和4-氨基苯硼酸頻哪醇酯(25.7 g,0.117 mol)為原料,在碳酸鈉(23 g,0.21 mol)和四(三苯基膦)鈀(1 g,0.5 wt%)的存在下,于水(150 mL)和二甲氧基乙烷(DME,450 mL)的混合溶劑中加熱回流5小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,將混合物冷卻至室溫,通過(guò)濾紙過(guò)濾。分離濾液中的有機(jī)層,用鹽水洗滌后濃縮。將濃縮后的殘余物溶解于二氯甲烷中,再次用鹽水洗滌,經(jīng)無(wú)水硫酸鈉干燥后濃縮。所得固體用乙醚研磨,過(guò)濾后空氣干燥,得到米色固體產(chǎn)物4-(4,6-二嗎啉代-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)苯胺(31.5 g,0.092 mol),收率88%。質(zhì)譜分析顯示目標(biāo)化合物的分子離子峰為343.1(M + H)+。
