實施例1 4,4'-(1,4-亞苯基)雙(1-己基吡啶-1-鎓)雙(四氟硼酸鹽)的合成:在氮?dú)獗Wo(hù)下,將4-(4,4,5,5-四甲基-1,3,2-二氧雜硼雜環(huán)戊烷-2-基)吡啶(4.34g, 21.2mmol)、1,4-二溴苯(2.00g, 8.5mmol)、K2CO3(2.92g, 21.2mmol)和Pd(PPh3)4(0.49g, 5mol%)溶于甲苯(30mL)和乙醇(30mL)的混合溶劑中,加熱回流48小時。反應(yīng)完成后,將混合物倒入水(50mL)中,用二氯甲烷(2×100mL)萃取,有機(jī)相用無水硫酸鎂干燥,減壓濃縮。粗產(chǎn)物通過硅膠柱色譜純化,以甲醇(0-5%)/二氯甲烷為洗脫劑。收集目標(biāo)組分,減壓除去溶劑后,殘余物用熱乙酸乙酯/己烷重結(jié)晶,得到1,4-二(4-吡啶基)苯(1.52g, 77%),為淺黃色粉末。
