實(shí)施例1A 2,6-二氯-5-氟煙酰胺的合成:將25g(130.90mmol)的3-氰基-2,6-二氯-5-氟吡啶懸浮于125ml濃硫酸中,于60-65℃下攪拌反應(yīng)1小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,將混合物冷卻至室溫,隨后緩慢倒入冰水中。用乙酸乙酯(每次100ml)對(duì)水相進(jìn)行三次萃取。合并所有有機(jī)相,依次用100ml水和100ml飽和碳酸氫鈉水溶液洗滌。有機(jī)層經(jīng)無水硫酸鈉干燥后,在旋轉(zhuǎn)蒸發(fā)儀上濃縮。所得產(chǎn)物在高真空下進(jìn)一步干燥,最終得到24.5g白色固體,收率為90%。產(chǎn)物經(jīng)1H NMR(400MHz,DMSO-d6)表征:δ= 7.95(br s,1H),8.11(br s,1H),8.24(d,1H)。
