步驟3)將4-(4-硝基-1H-吡唑-1-基)哌啶-1-羧酸叔丁酯(1.35g,4.56mmol)溶于乙醇(30mL)中,加入Pd/C催化劑(135mg,1.269mmol,質(zhì)量百分比=10%)。在氫氣氛圍下,室溫?cái)嚢璺磻?yīng)混合物2小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,過濾除去催化劑,濾液經(jīng)真空濃縮。殘余物通過硅膠柱色譜法純化,洗脫劑為二氯甲烷/甲醇(v/v=50/1至25/1),得到標(biāo)題產(chǎn)物4-(4-氨基-1H-吡唑-1-基)哌啶-1-羧酸叔丁酯,為棕色油狀物(955mg,產(chǎn)率78.7%)。LC-MS(ESI,陽離子)m/z:211.1 [M-55]+。
