ICI 169369 (free base) is an orally active, selective and non-competitive antagonist against 5HT receptor. ICI 169369 (free base) blunts the vasopressin (AVP), but not the ACTH, prolactin or growth hormone reponses to insulin-induced hypoglycaemia.
