Sotevtamab (16B5) is a humanized IgG2 anti-clusterin monoclonal antibody (mAb). Sotevtamab is an inhibitor of the epithelial to mesenchymal transition. Sotevtamab can be used for cancer research[1][2][3]. | [in vivo]
Sotevtamab (10 and 50 mg/kg,i.v.) is well tolerated and shows no signs of toxicity in monkeys[3].
