OF-Deg-Lin is an ionizable amino lipid used for the generation of Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs).
[in vivo]

OF-Deg-Lin (iv, single dose) induces the majority of protein expression in the spleen, labels a certain proportion of B cells in the spleen, while causing minimal translation in other organs in mouse models[2].

Animal Model:C57BL/6 mouse models[2]
Dosage:0.75-2.25 mg/kg in form of OF-Deg-Lin mRNA LNPs
Administration:iv, single dose
Result:Induced 85% of total protein production in the spleen, labeled ca. 7% of the total B cell population in C57BL/6 mice.
