Dryocrassin is a flavonoid natural product, a phloroglucinol derivative derived from Dryopteris crassirhizoma, with antiviral and antibacterial activities. Biological and pharmacological activities of dryocrassin have attracted attention. Dryocrassin exhibits antiviral activity against H5N1 avian influenza virus.
