Tribendimidine is an orally active, broad-spectrum anthelmintic agent, with particularly high activity against A. lumbricoides and N. americanus. Tribendimidine is also an L-type nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) agonist[1][2][3]. | [in vivo]
